Recruiter at a Mobile Gaming Agency

Are you a recruiter who wants to own how a company hires, not just work the roles handed to you? At AppAgent, you'd run recruitment end-to-end across creative, marketing, and sales roles throughout the EU, and shape what a great hiring process looks like.

AppAgent is an award-winning strategic and creative mobile marketing agency based in Prague. Mobile gaming is what we know best, and we work with the biggest IPs in the industry, from Monopoly GO to Clash of Clans. Our team is around 40 people, so every hire visibly impacts our agency's success.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

• Owning our recruitment process A-Z and keeping the standard high, whether in the way we run interviews, our sourcing methods, or the principles by which we make decisions.
• Filling any open roles, from junior spots to leadership chairs.
• Implementing different methods of finding the right people (direct outreach, referral program, new platforms), and connecting with talent in the mobile gaming industry.
• Being a trusted partner to our Hiring Managers, efficiently turning their team’s needs into the right hire.
• Owning our recruitment stack and the numbers behind it, and flagging early when something stops working.
• Sharing a part of the People & Ops agenda, which can include onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement projects, or helping organize company events.

ABOUT YOU

• You've run full-cycle recruitment for about 3 years, whether in-house or in an agency, across different functions and seniority levels.
• You are an excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.
• You're a people person who wants to match the right candidate with the right role, not just fill a seat.
• You’re a master of active outreach and can meaningfully connect even with talent that isn't on the market.
• You’re adaptable, adjusting your methods when the usual playbook won’t cut it.
• You're proficient with AI tools and have the desire to make the best of them in your role.
• The rest of the employee lifecycle interests you too, even though recruitment is your main passion!

It’s a plus if you have:

• Recruited in gaming, creative, or another specialized field.
• Trained or coached others on best hiring practices.
• At the moment, we are only considering candidates based in or around Prague for this role.
