IT Consultant - Junior

We are looking for you as a IT consultant to take on consulting projects on your own responsibility. With us, you can expect varied project experience at the world's largest automotive manufacturer, in which you will actively shape the digital transformation in the automotive industry.

Our Consulting business area was founded in 2020 as an internal consulting partner for the Volkswagen Group. Our focus is on the implementation and further development of existing strategies.

Your tasks in detail

• Take ownership of IT projects from initiation to successful implementation.
• Shape digital transformation initiatives that create measurable business value across the Volkswagen Group.
• Collaborate with business and IT experts to deliver innovative solutions and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
• Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation teams.
• Thrive in an international environment with daily communication in English and German
• Develop your project management expertise through challenging assignments, mentoring, and continuous career growth opportunities.

Your Profile

• Studies in the field of economics, IR or natural sciences or comparable training
• Relevant professional experience in the management of projects as well as experience in the technical management of junior consultants/project managers is an advantage
• Professional experience working in agile environments, certification as Scrum Master is required (alternative SAFe)
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation as well as moderation and presentation skills
• Since our projects currently take place in a German-speaking environment, we require business-fluent German language skills (from level C1)
• Very good English skills and intercultural competence round off your profile
