Job Description

We are currently developing and strengthening our internal marketing team and are looking for an independent, proactive, and hands-on professional who can take ownership of key marketing activities.

The selected candidate will have significant opportunities to grow together with the company and gradually take on greater responsibility within the marketing department.

The role will include managing marketing and email campaigns, creating advertising and promotional materials, supporting brand development, and assisting with the growth and management of our e-commerce website.

Main Responsibilities

1. Creating marketing materials for email campaigns, social media, and sales activities, including newsletters, flyers, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
2. Supporting the planning and execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns.
3. Taking product photographs and creating visual content for digital and sales communications.
4. E-commerce development

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with confidence in using AI tools to support content creation, design, and productivity.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, communication, digital marketing, content creation, or the use of AI.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Experience with email marketing platforms; knowledge of Odoo is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of product photography and photo editing.
• Familiarity with marketing KPIs and campaign performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of one or more additional languages, such as Czech, Italian, French or Spanish.
