Trade Marketing & Customer Strategy Lead CZSK

The role

You will lead a team responsible for customer strategy, ice cream category growth and trade marketing for the Czech and Slovak ice cream business across both Modern Trade and Out-of-Home channels.

Together with your team, you will develop and deploy commercial and category strategies that grow our brands, strengthen execution in market and unlock new opportunities with customers. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Insights, Finance and Supply Chain, you will turn insights into clear priorities, winning plans and measurable business results.

What you'll be responsible for

• Lead, coach and develop a team by building a high-performing and collaborative culture.
• Define and deploy customer, channel and category strategies across Modern Trade and Out-of-Home channels to deliver sustainable business growth.
• Turn consumer, shopper and customer data driven insights into winning commercial plans, growth opportunities and market execution priorities.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Strategy & Insights to deliver integrated business plans and strong commercial performance.
• Lead innovation and category growth initiatives, ensuring successful execution of launches, portfolio priorities and customer activation plans.
• Drive excellence in pricing, promotions, category development and channel execution to maximize growth and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and identifying new growth opportunities.

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience leading teams in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales or a related commercial function and can operate confidently in FMCG environment.
• Brings strong skills in commercial strategy and category growth, consumer and shopper understanding, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, open communication and teamwork.
