Financial Reporting Expert

Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data and prepare accurate and comprehensive financial reports.
• Prepare and monitor weekly forecasts and collection reports.
• Analyse forecasts and collections, identify variances and investigate their root causes.
• Conduct cost analyses and identify significant deviations or discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and provide relevant financial insights.
• Maintain and continuously improve costing and financial analysis processes.
• Review KYC information and documentation for the onboarding of new suppliers.
• Support the preparation of financial analyses and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of financial data and reporting.
• Participate in special projects and finance-related initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of previous experience in finance, financial reporting, controlling, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify variances.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, costing, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good understanding of financial processes and the ability to connect financial data with business results.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP or financial reporting systems is an advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, as the role involves working in an international environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Willingness to work from our office in Prague 4 on daily basis.
