Product Manager

About the position

INNPRO is a major European distributor of consumer electronics, smart home, hobby and sports equipment. In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we cooperate with leading retail and specialized partners and our portfolio includes a number of established and growing brands.

We are looking for a new member to join our sales team to help us develop customers, work with new partners, and support the launch of smaller brands and seasonal products.

This is not an administration or a call center. It is an active business job that combines communication, understanding customer needs, and working with an attractive portfolio of modern products.

What will be your task?

• B2B contact with customers, including large retail chains: building and developing relationships, regularly sending offers
• active sales and search for business opportunities
• Brand management and development: coordination of orders with the manufacturer, care for brand visibility in retail chains and ensuring its complete portfolio
• conducting market analyzes and sales results analyses
• planning and implementation of promotional events and marketing campaigns in retail chains
• close cooperation with other departments across the company (marketing, logistics, accounting)

Who are we looking for?

• a salesperson with at least 2 years of experience in the field (experience in the field of consumer electronics is an advantage)
• someone who has good knowledge of MS Excel and Word (we will verify skills during the interview)
• English at a communicative level - min. B2 for fluent oral and written communication (we will test at the interview)
• a person who has very good knowledge of working on a PC and can navigate the internet without any problems
• communicative personality who easily establishes relationships
• an independent person with very good organization of their own work and analytical thinking
