Finance Manager at SUPRAPHON | Sony Music

Join SUPRAPHON and support the financial management of a respected music label. In this role, you will contribute to financial controlling, reporting, and process improvement, working closely with accounting, sales, and royalties teams, as well as an international team of experts. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial insights and supporting informed decision-making.

What you'll do:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as ad hoc analyses for management.
• Support accounting processes by preparing and reviewing documentation for accounting entries.
• Contribute to financial management activities.
• Collaborate closely with accounting, royalties, and physical & digital sales teams, as well as international expert teams.
• Support the setup and further development of accounting and reporting systems.
• Support the development and improvement of reporting tools and controlling processes.
• Participate in designing and optimizing controlling processes and financial analyses.

Who you are:

• You hold a university degree in economics or a related field.
• Min 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• You have a good knowledge of Czech accounting (knowledge of IFRS is an advantage).
• You have advanced Excel skills, including working with large data sets.
• You have experience working with SAP financial systems (an advantage).
• You are fluent in Czech and have professional fluency in English language.
• You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
• You are reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
