Supply Chain Manager (also part-time or external worker)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will own the operational side of our hardware business—from suppliers and purchasing through inventory management to production coordination.

You will ensure materials are available on time, manufacturing partners are aligned, and our ERP data remains accurate while supporting new product introductions.

In your role you will

• Manage purchasing of electronic and mechanical components.
• Coordinate suppliers, PCB manufacturers and production partners.
• Own inventory management, spare parts planning and stock optimization.
• Maintain ERP master data, product records, bills of materials (BOM) and part numbers.
• Manage product movements and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate manufacturing orders and deliveries.
• Ensure material availability for production and prototype builds.
• Support introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Cooperate with engineering to implement engineering changes (ECOs).
• Monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery reliability.
• Optimize supply chain processes and operational efficiency.
• Support manufacturing process improvements.
• Support other functions in the company

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations or Manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, Odoo is a plus.
• Knowledge of BOMs, part numbers and inventory management.
• Experience working with electronics or manufacturing suppliers is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
