Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• lead and manage daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets
• develop and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• manage production resources, materials, and inventory to ensure smooth production operations
• ensure compliance with quality standards and lead corrective and preventive actions
• support new product launches, APQP, PPAP, and production validation activities
• oversee production equipment, preventive maintenance, and manufacturing documentation
• lead, coach, and develop production teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• implement Lean Manufacturing, 3S & 5S initiatives, and standardize production processes
• ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• cooperate closely with quality, engineering, logistics, purchasing, sales, and headquarters
• prepare production reports and monitor production KPIs

Requirements

• university degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role
• experience in automotive manufacturing (Tier 1 preferred)
• strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
• experience with ERP and MES systems
• knowledge of APQP, PPAP, ISIR, FMEA, and automotive core tools is an advantage
• fluent English
• proficient in Microsoft Office
• strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• proactive and hands-on approach
