IT Project Manager (m/w/n)

Main tasks & key accountabilities:

• You will support Enterprise Architecture and Governance: Contribute to architecture reviews, impact assessments, and solution design activities to support sustainable and compliant IT development
• You will manage Solution Experience and Business Requirements: Act as a link between business and IT teams, gather and translate business needs into effective solutions, and ensure a positive user experience
• You will collaborate with business stakeholders: Identify, analyze, prioritize, and document business requirements while supporting solution delivery
• You will coordinate cross-functional teams: Work closely with business departments, project teams, vendors, and technical experts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions
• You will manage IT Projects and Business Initiatives: Lead IT projects and transformation initiatives from planning to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
• You will coordinate Change and Release Management: Plan and oversee software releases and system changes, ensuring proper testing, communication, and smooth deployment

Our expectations for this exciting role:

• You hold an University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Economics or a comparable qualification
• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management, business analysis, process management, or a similar role
• You are experienced in release/go-live planning and coordination across systems/teams (release calendar, cutover, hypercare). Familiar with at least one of : Jira , Confluence, LeanIX
• You are fluent in English (preferably C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You possess strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, enabling you to drive initiatives in complex environments
