Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Digital Content Creator & Brand Ambassador — someone with energy, experience, and the drive to take our social media presence to the next level!

We are looking for someone who will act as an on-camera brand ambassador and a face of the brand, helping to shape strategy, set direction, and deliver real, measurable impact.

The role includes travel to our destinations to create authentic UGC and travel/lifestyle content aligned with our brand identity.

We are based in Prague 6 – Dejvice. Flexibility is a given, and working from home can be easily arranged. And yes — we offer private travel discounts!

What will your responsibilities be:

• Building brand awareness across social media platforms and developing and executing Creator Marketing strategies
• Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video formats
• Representing the TUI brand during destination and airport visits as an on-camera ambassador and brand face
• Producing authentic UGC and travel/lifestyle content aligned with brand identity
• Coordinating internal photo and video shoots and supporting creative production
• Monitoring social media trends, platform best practices, and local market relevance
• Managing online communities and audience engagement
• Understanding audience engagement as well as the business impact and performance of content
• Demonstrating creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Supporting influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations
• Preparing regular reporting and competitive analysis

Key Requirements:

Social Media & Marketing

• Experience managing and growing social media channels, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Understanding of Creator Marketing and influencer marketing strategies.
• Ability to build brand awareness and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.
• Knowledge of social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behavior.
• Experience with community management and audience engagement.

Content Creation

• Strong content creation skills, especially for short-form video formats.
• Ability to produce authentic UGC and travel/lifestyle content.
• Creativity in developing engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Experience supporting or coordinating photo and video productions.

Communication & Presentation

• Confidence appearing on camera as a brand ambassador.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to represent the brand professionally during events, destination visits, and airport activations.

Analytical & Business Skills

• Ability to monitor content performance and understand its business impact.
• Experience preparing reports and analyzing campaign results.
• Ability to conduct competitor and market analysis.
