DEMI CHEF DE PATISSERIE (m/f/*)- 5* Augustine Hotel Prague

At the Augustine Hotel Prague, we are looking for a Demi Chef de Patisserie to join our passionate kitchen team. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support and run the pastry station: Work closely with the Pastry Chef to manage daily prep, baking, and ensure flawless service for desserts, amenities, and fine pastries.
• Deliver perfection: Prepare and plate exquisite desserts and sweet creations according to the highest luxury standards, ensuring every plate looks and tastes amazing.
• Learn, grow, and mentor: Master advanced patisserie techniques, work with premium seasonal ingredients, and help guide and support junior team members.
• Keep it spotless: Ensure your workspace is perfectly clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid foundation: You have previous experience in a professional kitchen or patisserie (as a Commis or Demi Chef) and a genuine passion for high-end desserts and fine dining.
• Precision and eagerness to learn: A proactive attitude, a desire to constantly improve your skills, and a strong eye for detail (which is key in patisserie).
• Reliable team player: Good communication skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to keep up with the fast pace of a premium kitchen.
• Language skills: Good command of English and/or Czech to ensure smooth daily communication within our international team.
