What is waiting for you
We are looking for an organized and reliable Accounting & Administration Specialist to join our team in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Issuing and managing sales invoices
Processing supplier invoices and expense documents
Preparing accounting documentation for our external accounting firm
Monitoring payments, due dates, and outstanding receivables
Communicating with suppliers, service providers
Assisting with purchase orders and inventory-related administration
Managing company correspondence and maintaining organized records
Supporting management with various administrative and operational tasks
Handling occasional interactions with authorities and public institutions
You will work closely with the management team and play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the company.
What skills and knowledge should you possess
Previous experience in administration, accounting, or invoicing
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
Czech language proficiency
Communicative English language skills
Which competences are an advantage
Experience with Czech accounting software such as Pohoda or Money S3
Previous experience working with international companies
Knowledge of import/export documentation and logistics administration
Experience communicating with Czech authorities
Additional language skills (German or Spanish)
