About the Role:

Our local office represents a portfolio of exclusive brands in Czechia and Slovakia, including APTOS, ZO Skin Health, and Fillmed. We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to manage our social media presence, develop and adapt content, and support marketing initiatives. This role includes collaboration with local sales and training teams, HQ marketing, and our clients to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Social Media:

• Develop, execute, and manage social media campaigns that engage audiences and build brand awareness;
• Maintain content calendars aligned with brand and business objectives;
• Reshare stories and content created by HQ or clients;
• Communicate with clients via Instagram and other social media platforms;
• Capture and post content from trainings, events, and clinic visits.

Marketing & Training Support:

• Update and translate training materials for internal use and client-facing trainings to meet local needs;
• Develop and adapt promotional and sales materials used by commercial and training teams;
• Collaborate closely with HQ marketing team to align campaigns, content, and branding;
• Support local sales and training teams to ensure consistent brand messaging;
• Assist customers with marketing materials and guidance.
• Provide ideas for improvement

Reporting & Monitoring:

• Systematic reporting to HQ marketing team and local management;
• Stay up-to-date on promotional activities and campaigns across all brands;
• Share relevant information, updates, and best practices internally with the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing communications;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Czech; Strong English is a plus
• Conversational English
• Experience creating digital content, graphics, or promotional materials;
• Experience using digital tools for editing content and graphics;
• Familiarity with social media trends, tools, and analytics;
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, HQ, and external clients;
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry is a plus;
• Relevant Education in Marketing or Business.
• Ability and willingness to learn fast and grow
• Being proactive is a plus
