We operate internationally with a strong operational footprint, including our warehouse in Nýřany (Czechia) — a key hub for European distribution.

We are hiring for

Key Account Manager

Location: Czechia- Pilsen region (hybrid)

This is not just a KAM role.
This is a role where you start by managing customers — and grow into driving business.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, understanding their business,
and helping them succeed — and who wants to grow into a Senior KAM or Sales role over time.

You don’t need logistics experience.
You do need curiosity, ownership, and a strong commercial mindset.


You help customers grow — and grow with them.

  • Be the daily contact for B2B clients
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships
  • Understand how your customers operate and where they want to grow
  • Coordinate internally to make things happen (operations, IT, warehouse)
  • Solve challenges and manage expectations
  • Spot opportunities: improvement, expansion, new opportunities for customer to scale with us

Important things to have:

  • Experience in customer relations, account management, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and proactive mindset

Languages:
English – required
Czech – required
+1 Complimentary language – preferred

Logistics experience is not required (we will teach you).
