We are looking for a commercially driven Brand Business Manager who will take ownership of assigned brands and be responsible for their growth, profitability, forecasting and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance and development of assigned brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, retailers and key business partners.
  • Develop and execute business plans, sales strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Drive distribution expansion across retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Manage forecasting, inventory planning and stock health.
  • Monitor pricing, profitability, market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Lead business reviews, promotional activities and product launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, purchasing and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in consumer electronics, distribution, retail, category management, brand management or business development.
  • Experience working with vendors, distributors and retail partners.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage forecasting, business planning and profitability.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP and Power BI experience are an advantage.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Czech or Slovak is a plus.
