We are expanding across Central and Eastern Europe. Revenue management is central to how we grow.


The role

You will manage pricing and availability across our Prague locations and support new markets as we expand across Central and Eastern Europe, working directly with OTAs, owning the channel manager day-to-day, and collaborating closely with Customer Care and Reservations. You report to the Director of Revenue Management.

You understand that revenue management is about net revenue and cost structure, not just the sales rate.


What will you own

  • Pricing & availability - manage rates and availability across Prague locations and new CEE markets as we expand
  • OTA relationships - work directly with Booking.com, Expedia, and other partners; own all extranet platforms
  • Channel manager - keep all channels configured, aligned, and up to date
  • Cross-team collaboration - daily touchpoints with Customer Care and Reservations to align strategy and operations
  • Reporting - track and report on revenue performance, flagging trends and anomalies
  • Distribution - monitor channel mix and booking windows; flag gaps and opportunities


Our top Candidate

  • 2+ years in revenue management in hospitality or short-stay accommodation.
  • Comfortable executing in fast-moving environments with real-time pressure - you stay on top of multiple channels simultaneously.
  • Hands-on with channel managers, OTA platforms, and extranet tools - you don't need to be shown twice.
  • Familiar with PMS and revenue management systems (RMS).
  • Experience across multiple properties is an advantage.
  • Analytical - you think in net revenue, cost of acquisition, and margin.
  • Czech and English - both essential.
  • Based in Prague.
