We are building a technical engineering center in Mladá Boleslav, focused on projects for a leading automotive OEM in the Czech Republic. This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to shape structures, processes, and team development from the ground up — with a real impact on how we work.
Your role:
- Independently design and optimize electrical wiring harnesses (3D) in development and series projects
- Implement engineering changes in line with OEM standards, including impact analysis on product and production
- Create, review, and maintain high-quality CAD documentation
- Collaborate closely with R&D, production, suppliers, and OEM representatives
- Take ownership of specific harness systems or modules within the project scope
- Mentor and support junior engineers, driving knowledge sharing and best practices
- Identify and drive design and process improvements
What you bring:
- Several years of experience in automotive wiring harness design
- Strong knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. CATIA V5 or similar) in an automotive environment
- Familiarity with OEM standards and product development processes
- Technical degree (electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive, or similar)
- Ability to work in an international environment and communicate with customers
- Czech and English or German language skills (minimum B2 level)
- High level of ownership, structured working style, and attention to detail
