O pozici
Your key responsibilities?
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day administrative and project support across regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance activities. This is an administrative role suited to someone who is organized, precise and comfortable working with documents, deadlines, and multiple internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to project managers and project teams.
- Helping coordinate project tasks, timelines, document flow, and follow-ups.
- Supporting regulatory affairs activities, including assistance with medicinal product registration processes and preparation/coordination of documents for regulatory submissions.
- Maintaining project records, trackers, templates, and documentation in line with internal procedures.
- Communicating with internal teams, suppliers and, where required, clients to request information, clarify tasks, and support timely project execution.
- Assisting with document drafting, internal review, and eCTD publishing.
- Supporting pharmacovigilance activities through administrative tasks, which may include literature screening support, document tracking, and coordination of data.
- Helping procure or collect documents, information and other materials needed for project completion.
- Supporting continuous improvement of administrative processes, templates, and project tracking tools.
Who are we looking for?
- Advanced level of English language
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of MS office and general IT literacy
- Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Active and positive person who is committed to action and reacts promptly
- Well-organized person who has a good attention for details
- Previous experience in administrative support for Project Manager is an advantage
- Interest/education/experience in our industry is a plus
