O pozici

Human Resources and Recruitment activities

  • Actively supporting end-to-end recruitment process (including technical positions), candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and communication with hiring managers and candidates
  • Supporting a wide range of activities in a human resources field (mainly recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, training & development)
  • Working closely with HR Generalist to make sure HR operations run smoothly


Public Relations and Marketing activities

  • Formulating Public Relations and Marketing plans and strategies in line with the company's objectives
  • Developing and organizing marketing campaigns to strengthen OHB Czechspace's public presence, communicating with media, preparing press articles
  • Managing the company's social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), monthly planning and preparation of texts for posts, active communication within the network
  • Creation and maintenance of website content
  • Coordination and support of company´s representation at national and international fairs and conferences

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in technical recruiting (at least 2 years)
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) - ideally Cornerstone
  • Ability to assess technical profiles and competencies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently
  • Considerable communication skills, high degree of flexibility and resilience
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking with focus on quality and cost awareness
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
  • Strong team spirit

Possibility of part-time work (minimum 30 hours/week)
