Join us at the start of something new
We are building a Technical Engineering Center in Mladá Boleslav, focused on projects for a leading automotive OEM in the Czech Republic. This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to shape structures, processes, and team development from the ground up — with a real impact on how we work.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the design and optimization of electrical wiring harnesses from concept phase through to series production
- Analyze design data and ensure compliance with OEM standards and customer requirements
- Drive and implement engineering changes (ECR/ECO), including impact assessment on product and production
- Create, review, and maintain high-quality technical and CAD documentation
- Perform technical calculations (e.g. wire cross-sections, load calculations, fuse sizing)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, suppliers, and customer representatives
- Contribute to defining technical solutions and engineering standards
- Mentor and support junior engineers, strengthening team know-how
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in wiring harness design in the automotive industry
- Strong hands-on expertise in CAD tools
- Solid understanding of OEM standards and product development processes
- Technical degree in electrical engineering, automotive, mechatronics or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently in an international environment and communicate with customers
- Strong analytical mindset, ownership, and structured working style
- Czech and English or German language skills (minimum B2 level)|
