Flight Operations Specialist

Your typical workday will be coordinating international legs for different non-scheduled business jets all over the world.

Function responsibilities:
- Communication with clients and vendors;
- Arranging, coordinating and controlling Ground handling services;
- Arranging overflight and landing permissions, airport slots and PPR, etc;
- Filing necessary forms for CBP, e-APIS, Canpass, GAR, etc.;
- Loading and maintaining trips, current and updated in our proprietary scheduling software;
- Maintaining our database;
- Cooperate with other departments to achieve necessary goals;
- Provide an expert level of support and consultation to company's Trip Support Services clients

Minimum Requirements:

- Good English speaking/writing (communication with US crews and client flight departments);
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment;
- Strong aviation background;
- Organized and self-motivated. Capable of clear prioritizing of tasks. Good analytical skills;
- Flexible to work shifts (day, night, weekend, holidays);;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Ability to demonstrate safety for self and others.
