AI & Automation Analyst (Pre-Sales Analyst)

Your responsibilities:

• Participating in sales meetings as an expert, independently conducting analytical workshops, and advising business clients on the potential of artificial intelligence within their organization
• Conducting in-depth business process analysis (As-Is / To-Be) focused on optimization and the feasibility of utilizing AI tools
• Identifying "bottlenecks" that can be effectively resolved through automation and advanced AI-based technologies
• Creating comprehensive business and analytical documentation for planned implementations (including solutions based on AI multi-agent systems, UiPath, and n8n), providing clear input for development teams and architects
• Evaluating the profitability of implementations (Business Case), calculating potential savings (ROI) from the implementation of intelligent bots and AI solutions, as well as estimating project time and costs
• Actively participating in the preparation of complete proposal documentation and providing technical input to close B2B contracts in the area of AI & Automation transformation
• Representing the company at business events and IT conferences, focused on proactive networking, identifying market needs, and generating new sales opportunities (lead generation)

Our requirements:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in an RPA Analyst, Business Analyst, or Pre-Sales Engineer role in projects related to automation, AI implementation, and Business Process Transformation (for both SME and Enterprise environments).
  Deep understanding of the architecture and capabilities of RPA / Low-Code platforms (specifically UiPath and n8n ecosystems), as well as modern AI technologies.
  Proficiency in working with AI assistants, supported by practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
  Strong business acumen – the ability to calculate budgets, estimate man-hours, and fluently translate complex technical concepts (AI & RPA) into business benefits.
  Basic knowledge of Process / Task Mining tools (e.g., from the UiPath ecosystem or related market solutions), allowing for effective and automated identification of optimization potential for clients.
  Excellent self-organization and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and projects.
  Fluency in English (min. C1) enabling smooth workshop delivery and negotiations with international stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of BPMN notation and business process mapping tools for automation and intelligent optimization
• Activity in the IT industry: maintaining your own expert publications or delivering presentations at conferences
