Marketing Assistant.
About the role
The Marketing Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, working closely with and reporting to the Senior Market and Communication Manager. The role combines administrative, coordination, and creative support to help ensure the smooth delivery of marketing and communication activities. This position is suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career who enjoy organizing tasks, coordinating projects, communicating with different stakeholders, and finding practical solutions. We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented person with a willingness to learn, rather than someone with highly specialized marketing expertise. You will support a variety of marketing activities, including the preparation of promotional materials and the delivery of company`s annual congress, while working with both internal teams and external partners.
Main responsibilities:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the development and execution of marketing and communications activities while ensuring efficient day-to-day
operations of the team.
- Support the execution of integrated communication campaigns by coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholder inputs to ensure delivery is on time and aligned with objectives
- Take ownership of the creation, maintenance, and adaptation of promotional slide decks, including maintaining a core set of slides and developing tailored versions for different topics, audiences, and initiatives
- Support the creation of promotional presentations and activities for company`s annual congress
- Assist with the preparation of marketing reports by compiling and structuring data provided by the team into clear and well-presented reports
- Maintain and update marketing asset libraries (e.g. Dropbox, Canva), ensuring files are accurately stored, consistently named, and easily accessible
- Support the production and editing of templated visuals and basic video content, including uploading and managing videos on YouTube, while ensuring consistency with company’s visual identity and brand guidelines
- Support the ongoing maintenance of the website, including implementing content updates in WordPress and Beaver Builder, and coordinating practical requests with internal stakeholders and external web developers
- Assist with basic financial and administrative processes related to marketing operations, including invoice collation and credit card reconciliation support
- Act as a coordination point between the marketing team and internal and external stakeholders (designers, printers, web developers, etc.), helping to ensure clear communication of timelines, requirements, and deliverables

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented approach
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Basic familiarity with content management systems (CMS), ideally WordPress, is an advantage
- Basic understanding of marketing and digital communications is welcome, but not essential
- Experience with image or video editing tools is an advantage
Education and Experience:
- Secondary education required; Bachelor’s degree or DiS preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience in an administrative, coordination, customer-oriented or junior support role. Experience in an entry level marketing position is a great advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English is required, as English is the official working language of the organization. Knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage
- Suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career
