Senior Recruiter

At Volkswagen Group Services, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who knows their craft, isn’t afraid of change, and wants to push recruitment forward.

Job description:

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment (from brief to hire)
• Publishing and updating job postings on job portals and internal platforms;
• Actively source candidates – LinkedIn, networking, new channels
• Cooperate closely with managers
• Bring new ideas, innovations, and improvements into recruitment
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and support employer branding
• Work on exciting projects across automotive & business services

What we looking for:

• Proven experience in recruitment (senior level)
• Background in a recruitment agency is a big plus
• You see recruitment as a strategic discipline, not just administration
• You know how to find candidates where others stop
• You are confident to speak up and bring new solutions
• You are fluent in English (min. B2), german is plus

Nice to have:

• Experience with IT / business / engineering recruitment
• Creativity in sourcing and understanding of the market
• Drive, energy, and a mindset to move things forward
