Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Product & Solutions Manager to join our Global Sales Digitalization team.

Although this position is formally employed through LEDVANCE Czech Republic, the role is focused on global topics, international stakeholders, and large-scale digital transformation projects. The Global Sales Digitalization team is hosted by the local LEDVANCE office in the Czech Republic and currently consists of 22 colleagues working on global initiatives across digital commerce, AI, automation, customer experience, and sales enablement.

In this role, you will help shape how LEDVANCE uses artificial intelligence to improve digital sales processes, customer experience, internal productivity, product information access, and knowledge-based services across global markets.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, data, user experience, and AI. Your responsibility will be to identify valuable AI use cases, translate business needs into clear product requirements, coordinate implementation, and ensure that AI solutions are successfully adopted by users.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Own and develop the roadmap for AI-related products, solutions, and use cases within Global Sales Digitalization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities together with business stakeholders, country teams, sales, marketing, product data teams, IT, and management.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation priorities.
  • Coordinate the development and continuous improvement of AI solutions, including conversational AI, automation workflows, knowledge-based tools, intelligent assistants, and AI-supported content generation.
  • Work closely with developers, UX designers, data owners, external vendors, and technical stakeholders to move AI initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Support the design of AI-powered user journeys, workflows, prompts, knowledge structures, and validation processes.
  • Oversee testing, quality assurance, and validation of AI outputs, especially for customer-facing and product-related use cases.
  • Ensure that AI solutions are built around real user needs and deliver practical business value.
  • Support rollout planning, internal communication, adoption, training, and change management for new AI solutions.
  • Define KPIs and monitor usage, feedback, quality, performance, and business impact of AI products and solutions.
  • Work with product data and content owners to improve the quality, structure, and usability of data sources for AI.
  • Coordinate integrations with internal systems, APIs, product platforms, asset sources, and other digital tools.
  • Stay up to date with developments in generative AI, LLMs, automation, AI governance, and emerging digital tools.
  • Create internal documentation, standards, guidelines, and best practices for AI solution development.
  • Act as a sparring partner and internal advisor for AI-related topics within the Global Sales Digitalization team.
  • Support a culture of experimentation, learning, responsible AI usage, and practical innovation.

Expectations for the ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in product ownership, digital product management, solution management, digital transformation, or AI-related project delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-enabled digital products, ideally beyond personal experimentation, including business use cases, workflow automation, conversational AI, or knowledge-based solutions.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into structured AI use cases, product requirements, and practical solution concepts.
  • Good understanding of how AI solutions are developed, tested, improved, rolled out, and scaled.
  • Experience working with development teams, technical stakeholders, external vendors, and business users.
  • Strong ability to manage roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Solid understanding of AI-related topics such as prompt engineering, knowledge bases, LLMs, automation workflows, APIs, structured data, and system integrations.
  • Experience with platforms such as Botpress, Microsoft Copilot, n8n, or similar tools is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in an international and decentralized organization.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain AI topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use feedback, data, and KPIs to improve digital products.
  • Confidence in navigating ambiguity and shaping new topics from the ground up.
  • Pragmatic mindset: able to distinguish between AI hype and real business value.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn in a fast-evolving AI environment.
