Facilities & Health & Safety Administrator (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Riverside International School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities & Health & Safety Administrator to join our school community. This role is key to supporting a safe, secure, and well-maintained learning environment for our students and staff.

Working under the guidance of the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the effective coordination of facilities operations and health & safety practices across the school campus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating statutory inspections and ensuring timely follow-up actions
• Supporting compliance with health & safety regulations and maintaining accurate documentation
• Liaising with external service providers, including security personnel, to ensure high standards are maintained
• Assisting in the planning and coordination of fire and lockdown drills
• Maintaining and updating evacuation plans and safety procedures

We are looking for someone who:

• Is well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
• Communicates effectively in both Czech and English and works well with a range of stakeholders
• Has experience in facilities, administration, or health & safety (desirable but not essential)
