At the Augustine Hotel Prague, we are seeking a Guest Relations Manager to act as the face of our hotel and lead our Guest Relations team. This pivotal role is dedicated to orchestrating a seamless, personalized guest journey from pre-arrival through departure, ensuring the highest levels of guest loyalty. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the Guest Relations department, embodying the Augustine philosophy as a sophisticated representative of our luxury identity and monastic history.
  • Act as a storyteller, sharing the unique heritage of the property to enhance the guest’s sense of place.
  • Orchestrate a seamless guest journey, from pre-arrival communication to providing a warm, intuitive, and personalized welcome.
  • Conduct deep-dive research into VIP profiles via internal systems to identify "emotional preferences" and meticulously inspect all VIP arrival rooms.
  • Personally welcome, escort, and bid farewell to guests, performing a flawless in-room orientation highlighting personalized amenities.
  • Maintain a knowledge of Prague’s cultural landscape to provide bespoke, high-end recommendations.
  • Ensure all guest comments and complaints are attended to and resolved with grace and empathy, transforming potential dissatisfaction into long-term loyalty.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven ability to provide inspirational leadership and manage a high-performing, motivated department.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a high-profile presence and engage in meaningful, intuitive conversation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in guest preference management and VIP amenity budget control.
  • High degree of empathy and professional writing standards for handling and responding to in-house guest surveys.
  • Opera Cloud experience preferable.
