What will you do?

Design, implement, and maintain mathematical models for pricing and hedging option portfolios
Monitor and analyze option markets and develop trading ideas
Collaborate with option traders and prepare ad hoc analyses
Develop and improve internal tools and libraries (typically in Python, R, or MATLAB) to automate recurring analytical tasks and reporting
Act as a technical lead in discussions between analytical team, the trading desk, and risk departments to ensure model transparency and accuracy

Skills you need to have:

A university degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Econometrics
Strong interest in applying quantitative methods in practice
Understanding of stochastic calculus, time-series analysis, and numerical methods (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations); knowledge of financial derivatives is an advantage
Ability to cooperate in a team
