Logistics Consultant Prague (m/w/d)

As a Logistics Consultant (m/f/d), you will support customers across various industries and company sizes, working within a project team to implement our warehouse management system EPG | LFS (WMS) in collaboration with other departments.

Your tasks will be as follows:

• You support the execution of projects for new and existing customers.
• You analyze, define, and optimize the intralogistics processes of our global customers and accompany them throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• You contribute to the development of end-to-end logistics solutions and create IT specifications, warehouse organization, and supply chain concepts.
• You map our customers’ processes in EPG | LFS and ensure, together with the customer, the quality of the overall IT system through test management.
• You act as an interface between departments and customers, gather requirements, and implement them in collaboration with our software developers (customizing).
• You pass on customer-specific requirements for new developments to our software development team.
• You develop further as a Logistics Consultant toward project or program management.
• Within project management, you take on planning, coordination, and commercial responsibilities.
• In addition, you advise customers on products and services related to our EPG Software Suite.

Your profile includes the following qualifications:

• You have completed a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc.) with a focus on Computer Science, Business Administration, or Logistics, or you have successfully completed vocational training (e.g., IT Systems Management Assistant, IT Specialist), or you have several years of experience in the logistics sector.
• You have a strong affinity for IT and combine a structured working approach with experience in operational (intra-)logistics, process management, and/or IT consulting.
• You are highly motivated to drive change and enjoy analyzing, improving, and implementing customer business processes within our EPG Software Suite.
• You have experience in project management, work confidently and solution-oriented, and enjoy being part of larger project teams.
• You are willing to travel internationally and impress our global customers with your strong communication skills.
• You round off your profile with strong German and English language skills; ideally, you also speak Czech or another foreign language.
