Commercial Enablement, Marketing & Communication Lead

Euro-Center is one of the world’s leading medical assistance, claims handling and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, with two 24/7 medical assistance centers and 9 regional offices across the globe, with the headquarters in Prague.

For our headquarters, EURO-CENTER Holding SE, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Commercial team.

This role is primarily responsible for leading commercial marketing and communication activities that directly support business growth. The focus is on developing strong marketing campaigns, impactful messaging, and high-quality content across channels – especially in B2B and social media environments. Secondarily, the role contributes to structured onboarding and cross-functional alignment with Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Commercial Communication

• Develop and drive commercial marketing strategy and positioning
• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns supporting revenue growth
• Translate commercial strategy into clear, compelling messaging and value propositions
• Create and oversee high-quality marketing materials (posts, visuals, short-form content)
• Lead social media strategy and content creation (LinkedIn and relevant B2B platforms)
• Ensure strong brand consistency across all commercial channels
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns and communication impact

Sales & Commercial Enablement

• Standardize and elevate pitch materials and commercial documentation
• Support product launches and commercial initiatives with clear messaging and structured tools

Onboarding & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Design and maintain onboarding materials for new Commercial hires
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure alignment of messaging, processes, and handovers

What We Are Looking For:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, commercial enablement, or sales leadership roles.
• Experience in cross-functional or matrix organizations.
• Experience in travel insurance or emergency medical assistance is an advantage.

Skills

• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear and persuasive messaging.
• Strong project management skills with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Advanced presentation and visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Canva, graphic tools, marketing platforms).
• Experience creating structured marketing documentation and visual content.
• Fluent English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.
