Marketing Specialist

Do you want to own marketing for a market and see the direct impact of your work on business results? We are looking for a driven, energetic Marketing Specialist who will take responsibility for marketing activities in the Czech Republic and actively support our business teams. This is not a purely executional role – we expect initiative, independent thinking, and the ability to use marketing as a tool to generate opportunities in real estate.

iO Partners provides comprehensive services in commercial real estate – office and industrial leasing, capital markets, valuation, and project management. We operate across Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia. Marketing at iO Partners is closely connected to business development and brand positioning in the market.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the full marketing scope for the Czech market – from PR and events to digital communication and business support. We expect you to actively propose ideas, follow real estate market trends, and think about how marketing can directly support our Office, Industrial, and Capital Markets teams to strengthen brand visibility and support revenue growth.

• Lead local PR & communication – create compelling content, manage media relations, and position the company as a real estate market leader.
• Drive impactful events – organize client events and industry participation that generate visibility and business opportunities.
• Manage social media & digital presence – shape LinkedIn strategy, support consultants’ personal branding, and ensure strong online visibility.
• Communicate research & insights – coordinate the promotion of market reports, case studies, and expert insights across channels.
• Support internal communication – align marketing initiatives with business teams and contribute to strong internal visibility and information flow.
• Support business development – prepare high-quality presentations, tenders, and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate external partners – collaborate with agencies, graphic designers, and digital specialists to deliver results.
• Own budget & reporting – manage marketing spend efficiently and report results to management.
• Participate in management and regional marketing meetings

What We Expect
We are looking for someone who is proactive, structured, and understands that marketing is part of the business. You should be comfortable working independently, prioritizing tasks, and taking ownership.

• 2-7 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in PR, events, and social media management
• Interest in or understanding of the real estate market
• Ability to work independently and propose new initiatives
• Experience with digital tools (Mailchimp, WordPress, Figma, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional level of English and Czech

Your Future Team
You will be the main marketing contact for the Czech Republic while working closely with business teams and the regional CEE marketing structure. The role requires autonomy, initiative, and the ability to align marketing activities with commercial goals. You will have direct exposure to senior management.
