We are now expanding our Customer Service team in our Czech office and looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented professional who is passionate about helping customers succeed.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial Operations across Continental Europe. You will be responsible for ensuring that all sales order administration — from initial enquiry to final delivery — is smooth, accurate, and customer-focused.

You'll collaborate closely with logistics, internal departments, suppliers, and customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely dispatch, and on‑time delivery of customer orders.
  • Work towards Customer Service team targets and KPIs, clearly communicating any emerging issues to customers and your Team Leader.
  • Drive high customer satisfaction by recognizing the impact of your actions and adapting your approach when needed.
  • Communicate confidently and promptly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent customer dissatisfaction, escalating when appropriate.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, using insights to support improvements across the business.
  • Manage and prioritize your workload efficiently to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
  • Leverage internal systems and reports to optimize your work.
  • Seek out coaching and training opportunities to support your professional growth.


What You Bring

  • Clear and confident communication skills across written, verbal, face‑to‑face, and email interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with an instinct for anticipating customer needs.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Self‑motivation, a positive attitude, and strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.


Education & Required Skills

  • Vocational education or certification, ideally in a Business discipline.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and general data management tools.
  • SAP experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
  • Polish and English language skills are essential; German is a plus.
