General Manager - Gym

With a clear path for progression within the company and plans to grow our brand within Czechia, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Gym Manager to join our team in our Pankrác Club. This leadership role is integral to delivering an exceptional fitness experience, ensuring high operational standards, and maintaining a dynamic and engaging environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales and consistently hit targets.
• Oversee gym facilities, ensuring all spaces and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Lead and motivate a team of trainers to maintain high energy and a positive vibe in the gym.
• Develop and evolve class schedules and personal training offerings, to drive engagement and participation.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, handling member feedback and ensuring swift resolution of concerns.
• Align with Marketing team plans to promote fitness and wellness initiatives effectively.
• Foster an exceptional member experience, from their first visit to reaching their fitness goals.
• Manage budgets, membership renewals, and personal training performance to drive revenue and financial growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Min 3 years Managerial experience
• Proven sales experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
• Excellent customer service
• Fluent in English and Czech
• Organised and reliable
• Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in fitness is a big plus
