Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for growth and team development? We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and inspire our regional sales team in the Czech Republic. In this role, you will take full ownership of regional sales targets and budget planning while driving sustainable growth and market expansion. Your responsibility will focus on the eastern part of the country, where you will develop the market, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure continued commercial success in the region.

You will shape a high-performance, change-ready culture, identify new business opportunities through strategic market analysis, and lead complex negotiations and cross-functional initiatives. Your Responsibilities

· Disciplinary and professional leadership of the regional sales team, including recruiting, performance management, coaching, and fostering a high-performance, change-ready culture.

· Full ownership of regional sales targets and budget planning, ensuring sustainable growth and systematic market penetration.

· Continuous analysis of regional market potential, customer structures, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and increase market share.

· Development and execution of regional growth strategies, including support of complex negotiations, tenders, and cross-functional collaboration.

· Steering and monitoring sales activities, implementing company-wide initiatives, and proactively driving training, development, and transformation initiatives.


Your Qualifications

· Several years of proven success in external sales, with strong capabilities in solution selling, negotiation, objection handling, and customer engagement.

· Proven disciplinary and professional leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and adapt leadership style to different personalities and situations.

· Entrepreneurial attitude combined with pragmatism, strong target orientation, assertiveness, and the ability to create measurable business impact.

· Strong data affinity and digital mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, embrace change, and understand ecosystem and value-added concepts.

· Formal technical or commercial education, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, native Czech and fluent English.
