Technical Sales Support Engineer

Role Summary
The primary responsibilities of the role consist of providing technical and technical sales support to customers and the sales team, to achievement of the sales results, orders growth targets and excellent technical customer support.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing technical advice on product sizing, selection, and operation for Spirax Sarco products.
• Preparing project documentation, including P&IDs, Process Flow Diagrams, and technical details.
• Creating quotations using our ERP system.
• Preparing assembly drawings in CAD and coordinating information related to utilities and process fluids.
• Maintaining and updating CRM records and handling customer account queries.
• Providing administrative and communication support with the sales team.
• Producing technical Data Dossiers for projects.
• Handling incoming requests through the company’s general information mailbox.
• Supporting tender and bid development.

• You will be an organized and efficient individual who is comfortable using and maintaining systems and databases up to date.
• You will understand the technical principles related to the Spirax Sarco product portfolio as thermodynamics, etc.
• You will learn wide range of Spirax Sarco product details and where and how to use them
• You will learn wide range of customer steam technologies that utilized our technology and knowledge.
• You will understand and build a relationship with the rest of the sales organization to drive customer queries if required.
• You will timely manage customer queries by answering the prompt either via phone or e-mail.,
• You will be supporting our customer purchasing process.
• You will be maximizing sales value to our customers.
• You will be working towards a 0% error rate for our customers.
• You will be encouraging our customers to order quotations produced.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Good technical knowledge of steam systems and basic thermodynamics basic.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CAD.
• Basic knowledge of 3D CAD systems as SolidWorks.
• Language skills - Czech: Advanced (C2), English: Upper‑Intermediate (B2).
• Attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team-oriented approach with willingness to collaborate across departments.
• Computer literacy and strong results focus.
• Ability to follow procedures and learn new processes quickly.
