At International SOS, protecting people is at the heart of everything we do. As our new Learning & Development Lead, you will shape and elevate the training experience for the TRICARE Overseas Program, ensuring our trainers and new joiners across the world receive exceptional learning support.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Program Training & Learning Delivery, you will serve as the strategic partner for all global induction and instructor‑led training activities within the TRICARE Overseas Program. You will lead a small team of trainers, set facilitation standards, improve training quality, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the program.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, especially around program design, trainer development, stakeholder alignment, and project execution.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Global Training Excellence
  • Design, implement, and maintain global induction programs that set new joiners up for success.
  • Establish and uphold facilitation standards across all instructor-led sessions worldwide.
  • Run regular trainer calibration sessions to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide coaching and development opportunities for trainers.
  • Drive Operational & Program Effectiveness
  • Allocate work, assign projects, and manage trainer workload and timelines.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of training initiatives and track measurable outcomes.
  • Lead monthly Tune & Track meetings to review needs, updates, and performance metrics.
  • Partner Across the Business
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Clinical teams to align learning with business priorities.
  • Manage resourcing and facilitation for client-facing education programs (e.g., TFC and MTF webinars).
  • Use data to inform Training Needs Analysis and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in Training & Development, including program design and facilitation.
  • Leadership experience managing trainers or L&D teams.
  • Solid project management and resource planning skills.
  • Ability to coach and elevate facilitation capability.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and e‑learning tools.
  • Data‑driven approach to evaluating learning impact.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the TRICARE Overseas Program (3–5 years preferred).
  • Facilitation certification.
  • AI in L&D certification.

Travel

This role includes global business travel of approximately 20%.
