Cyber Security Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to join our team in Brno or Prague! In this role, you’ll provide consultancy to external and internal clients, focusing on ISMS implementation and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and the Czech Cyber Security Law. If you have a solid background in cyber security, a passion for risk management, and fluency in Czech, we’d love to hear from you!

What you can look forward to:

• Working with both internal and external clients on ISMS implementation and information security consultancy.
• Implementing, maintaining and continuously improving ISMS, including related policies, processes and security controls.
• Conducting business impact analyses, risk assessments and overseeing information security risk management.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, the Czech Cyber Security Act and other relevant standards (e.g., DORA, NIS2, TISAX).
• Supporting and participating in internal and external (certification) audits and advising on the remediation of findings.
• Leading communication with senior management and chairing the Cyber Security Committee.
• Managing security incidents, including reporting to the National Cyber and Information Security Agency and handling all related communication.
• Cooperating with Sales, Delivery and Legal teams on contracts and amendments to meet cybersecurity requirements.

Key Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar position (providing cybersecurity consultancy to external clients).
• Proficiency in Czech, as it is required for both communication and documentation.
• Good communicative English skills.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and the Czech Cyber Security Act.
• General knowledge of information security.
• Strong analytical thinking.
