FP&A Manager

We’re looking for skilled FP&A Manager to lead the HQ FP&A agenda across our two global headquarters. In this high‑visibility role, you will manage a talented analyst team, drive high‑quality month‑end reporting, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead month‑end close, ensuring timeliness and accuracy according to accounting standards, and oversee HQ submissions.
• Own and present Monthly Management Review packs, providing insight‑rich commentary.
• Consolidate Group reporting for the whole FP&A COE (monthly & quarterly cycles) and serve as a main contact for Group for any queries.
• Coordinate Budgets & Forecasts and ensure data integrity in TM1/IBM Planning Analytics and Cognos.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the FP&A team; manage workload, performance and day-to-day management.
• Standardize processes across HQs and business lines and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong collaboration across COE, GSS Accounting, and local finance teams.

What You Bring

• Solid FP&A experience with proven people‑management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel.
• Confidence in stakeholder management and presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience in matrix and multicultural environments.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English; degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (or related).
