Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our international team and improve audit quality across Europe, contributing to measurable environmental impact in the field of WEEE recycling.
If you are passionate about process quality, internal audits, and international standards, this role gives you a real opportunity to influence and improve how things are done.You will report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in strengthening our European audit framework.

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering/environmental/chemical engineering (or similar).

- Proven experience in quality/process improvement and internal auditing.

- Solid QMS knowledge; project/process management skills.

- MS Office, especially MS Excel skills.

- Professional working proficiency in English; excellent analytical and communication skills.

- For non-Czech nationals: valid permit to work in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have:

- WEEE/EN 50625 familiarity, ISO 9001/14001/19011/17065 knowledge, CRM experience.

Responsibilities:

- Review and improve audit and technical report quality.

- Develop the QMS (procedures, templates, document control) and track quality KPIs.

- Organise/attend witness and surprise audits; ensure findings are robust and closed on time.

- Lead internal quality reviews and audits; prepare reports for management.

- Drive corrective and preventive actions; train and support colleagues and auditors.

-Travel requirement: approx. 10% (witness & surprise audits, events and stakeholder meetings across Europe).
