O pozici

The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the further development of our business in Eastern Europe, primarily across Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Knowledge of German is considered an advantage, as it may support future activities in Austria and Germany.

This is a senior individual contributor role, focused on market development, new acquisitions and distributor cooperation. The position is based in Vyškov, Czech Republic, with the possibility of home office and regular international travel.

The role reports directly to the International Sales Manager, who will also be actively involved in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers within the assigned region;
  • Work closely with distributors and business partners;
  • Manage and further develop relationships with key customers;
  • Present products, technical solutions and commercial proposals to customers and partners;
  • Represent the company at selected trade fairs, conferences and customer meetings;
  • Cooperate closely with technical, product and internal teams;
  • Provide regular reporting on business activities and results.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales;
  • At least 2 years of experience with medical devices (medical technology, components or related healthcare products);
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written);
  • Ability to travel internationally (approximately 30–60 days per year);
  • High level of independence, responsibility and results orientation.
