3D Artist Automotive / Realtime

Team summary
To strengthen our Virtual Engineering Team, we are looking for two new colleagues. Together with our colleagues in the Group and at our headquarters in Wolfsburg, you will work in an interdisciplinary team.

Possible tasks in this role

• 3D modeling (highpoly/lowpoly) in Blender, set dressing, shader-based animations
• Material authoring with Substance Painter, Basic data preparation with PIXYZ Studio
• Advanced real-time visualization with Unreal Engine (and Omniverse) focusing on vehicle representation
• Creation of photorealistic CGI environments, Modeling of vehicle and/or hall data
• Creation of animations and camera movements for the visualization of vehicles and halls
• Coordination of customer alignments, milestone discussions, and requirements

Qualification requirements

• Media design (focus on 3D is an advantage), industrial design, visual computing
• Ideally with automotive projects in a sales context (e.g., marketing visualizations, vehicle configurations)
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (C1), German is a plus
• Experience with Substance Painter, PIXYZ Studio
• Proficiency in tools e.g. Jira/Confluence, Adobe Suite
