We are excited to welcome you to our newest addition to the Sir Hotels family — Sircle Collection’s first property in Prague’s historic city center. Located just steps from the picturesque Vltava River, this boutique hotel offers 76 beautifully designed rooms, a charming library, a boutique spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant.
We are now looking for a Sales Manager — an ambassador for our unique lifestyle collection of hotels. In this role, you will promote and represent the diverse brands within the Sircle Collection, manage relationships with partners in the Czech Republic, and drive business across Europe. You will also identify and secure new accounts to grow our portfolio.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prospect Corporate, MICE, and Leisure business to meet and exceed monthly and annual room night and revenue targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers in Prague and across the Czech Republic; this may also include managing feeder markets.
- Negotiate and extend contracted accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the European Sales Team and the centralized Meetings & Events department.
- Create and implement strategic business development and sales action plans.
- Plan and participate in sales events, familiarization trips, and sales blitzes.
- Increase the visibility of the Sircle Collection across all market segments.
- Draft corporate contracts, manage corporate account rates, conduct client meetings, and proactively support hotel departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar sales or business development role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in Czech and English.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to grow market share.
- Skilled in organizing inspiring client events and property show-arounds.
- Up-to-date with market trends and capable of responding creatively.
- An existing network in the Czech market is highly advantageous.
- Curious, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a highly collaborative, dynamic team
