Senior Product Manager – AI Platforms (LLM, OCR, Vision, Multi-Modal)

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in applied AI, specifically building production systems that leverage:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
• Computer Vision & video analysis
• Image generation models
• Workflow automation systems

This role will lead the strategy and execution of AI systems that convert unstructured inputs (video, images, documents, emails, RFPs) into structured, validated, workflow-ready outputs.

Hospitality technology experience (PMS, CRS, revenue systems, enterprise SaaS integrations) is a strong plus.

Core Product Mandate

Design and scale AI systems that:

• Extract structured requirements from: Meeting recordings, Sales demos, RFP documents, Contracts, Implementation documents
• Use OCR and vision models to parse: PDFs, Scanned contracts, Screenshots, Legacy documents
• Integrate AI outputs directly into: CRM systems, PMS platforms, Workflow tools,Implementation pipelines
• Generate AI-assisted visual or documentation outputs where applicable (image generation, document creation, diagram generation)

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Product Strategy

• Define roadmap for multi-modal AI platform
• Translate AI capability into measurable commercial value
• Evaluate tradeoffs between: Hosted LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), Open-source models, Fine-tuning vs prompt engineering, RAG vs embedding architectures

2. LLM & Structured Output Systems

• Design systems that: Enforce JSON schema outputs, Score confidence levels, Reduce hallucinations, Support human-in-the-loop validation
• Own model evaluation metrics (precision, recall, hallucination rate)

3. OCR & Document Intelligence

• Lead integration of OCR pipelines
• Build workflows for: Extracting structured data from scanned PDFs, Reading contracts and RFPs, Identifying required capabilities
• Design error-handling + correction layers

4. Video & Multi-Modal Processing

• Develop systems that: Transcribe meetings, Extract requirements from demos, Identify key commitments and gaps
• Design video-to-insight pipeline architecture
• Understand multimodal model capabilities and limitations

5. Image Generation & AI-Generated Artifacts

• Define use cases for AI-generated: Diagrams, Process visuals, Implementation flows, Sales enablement materials
• Evaluate generative image models for enterprise use
• Ensure outputs align with brand and compliance standards

6. Workflow Automation & Enterprise Integration

• Integrate AI outputs into: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Ticketing systems, PMS platforms, Implementation workflows
• Design API-first architecture
• Optimize latency and cost management

Who is the ideal candidate:

• 7+ years product management experience
• 3+ years building AI/ML-powered products
• Proven experience shipping LLM-based production systems
• Experience with: Prompt engineering, RAG architectures, Vector databases, Structured schema enforcement, Model evaluation frameworks
• Experience working with: OCR systems, Document intelligence platforms, Computer vision or multimodal AI
• Strong technical fluency with APIs and enterprise SaaS systems

Preferred Experience

• Hospitality technology (PMS, CRS, revenue systems)
• Enterprise SaaS with complex implementation workflows
• RPA / workflow automation platforms
• Experience with compliance-sensitive industries
• Experience monetizing AI features (pricing + packaging)

Technical Fluency Required

Candidate must understand:

• Tokenization and cost control
• Latency vs accuracy tradeoffs
• Fine-tuning vs retrieval approaches
• Hallucination mitigation strategies
• Confidence scoring frameworks
• Embeddings + vector DB indexing
• OCR pipeline accuracy constraints
• Multimodal input limitations
• Image generation guardrails
• Data privacy considerations (PII handling)
