We are building a new RE/MAX Seven office in Prague.

Not a corporate branch with layers of hierarchy — but a growing team with global brand backing and startup energy.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just want a part-time administrative job.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow into running office operations.

This role starts part-time because we are in an expansion phase. However, it is designed to grow — quickly — together with the office.

You will:

  • Support daily office operations
  • Keep documentation and internal structure organized
  • Help onboard new agents and set them up in systems
  • Coordinate suppliers and basic marketing activities
  • Ensure tasks and processes are followed properly
  • Work closely with the founder on operational topics
  • You are not expected to know everything from day one.

We will train you step by step:

  • what to do,
  • how to do it,
  • and why it matters.

As the office grows, your responsibility grows with it

What skills and knowledge should you possess (must-have):

  • Near-native level Czech (daily documentation & coordination)
  • Very good English for professional communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Basic confidence with MS Office / Google tools
  • Willingness to learn and grow long-term

Mindset is more important than perfect experience !
