Purchasing and Planning Coordinator

Role Overview
We are looking for a Purchasing & Planning Coordinator to support our production operations in Litovel.
You will join a newly established and growing production site, where you will have the opportunity to help shape planning and purchasing processes from the ground up. This is a key role with real impact on supply chain stability and operational performance.
You will be responsible for translating production forecasts into material requirements, securing timely procurement from international suppliers (China, EU, global markets), and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
The role combines production planning, purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Translate production forecasts into material requirements
Plan production and purchasing activities based on demand and capacity
Place and manage purchase orders with international suppliers
Monitor deliveries, lead times, and resolve supply issues
Optimize inventory levels (min/max stock control)
Negotiate prices and delivery terms
Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, finance, and sales

Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or production planning
English required; Chinese is an advantage
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience working with international suppliers (Asia preferred)
Ability to work in a dynamic production environment

Nice to Have
Knowledge of nonwovens, textiles, bonding glues, or materials used in hygiene products
(not mandatory – training will be provided).
