ERP Specialist

NOMA is a Czech-based wholesaler and distributor founded in 2008. We supply and distribute innovative electronics and consumer goods from around the world to retailers across the EU. We manage and facilitate the distribution of a wide range of innovative products, including mobile devices, photo and video equipment, gaming and VR products, as well as beauty and fashion goods from leading brands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

NOMA is expanding its team and is seeking an IT Specialist to strengthen automated workflow processes, reduce manual work, support stable data exchange with external partners, and significantly increase operational efficiency.

The main responsibility of this role is to maintain, develop, and continuously improve the existing ERP system, ensuring its reliability and performance.

· Maintain, administer, and further develop the ERP system and its integrations (ERP ↔ warehouses, carriers, customers, suppliers)
· Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows across sales, purchasing, logistics, and finance
· Configure and manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, and access rights within the ERP
· Develop and maintain FTP-based integrations, data feeds, and automated data exchanges
· Implement automated imports of price lists, product availability, and product catalogs
· Map and normalize external product data to internal ERP data structures
· Monitor data quality, consistency, and integrity; identify and resolve data errors
· Generate and analyze reports using Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics reporting tools
· Build or adapt lightweight internal tools where standard ERP functionality is insufficient
· Identify process bottlenecks and propose technical automation or digitalization solutions
· Manage and coordinate digitalization projects from requirements analysis to deployment
· Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams and international partners
· Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and provide training during feature rollouts

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• You’re based in Prague (EU work permit required)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office
• You speak fluent English (Technical documentation), Czech language is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (administration, customization, and ongoing development)
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and data exchange between internal systems and external partners, ideally in wholesale, distribution, logistics, or B2B businesses
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and data formats, including: API (REST or similar), EDI, SFTP / FTP, XML, CSV, Excel-based data exchange
• Understanding of end-to-end business workflows, especially order processing, logistics, inventory, and data consistency
• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Communication skills to cooperate with internal team across departments
• Awareness of data security, experience with backup, data protection
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive improvements
