About the job
We are seeking several driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDRs) to join our new Prague based sales team. You’ll play a key role in fueling the sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads in German speaking markets. This is a front-line sales role where your outreach and insight help shape business opportunities and support revenue growth.

Your mission: hand off qualified opportunities to field sales based in Germany

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Research:Identify target accounts and key contacts using tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and internal data sources.
Multi-Channel Outreach:Engage prospects through personalized email, phone calls, and social platforms to spark interest and begin sales conversations.
Qualify Leads:Assess leads to determine business relevance and readiness for next-stage sales engagement.
CRM Management: Log all interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain high-quality data in Salesforce.
Collaborate:Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and campaign follow-ups.
Continuous Improvement:Suggest and adopt better prospecting tactics, messaging adjustments, and workflow improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluent German and business-level English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Strong interest in a sales career with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback for continuous growth.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a target-oriented role.
  • Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
