O pozici
As an Back office manager and assistant of MD at Atotech CZ a.s., you will partner with the sales, finance, legal, and purchasing teams to support and execute activities related to HR , financial control, sales, and marketing. In this role, you will report to the MD of Atotech CZ, Business Director East Cluster.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization
• Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information
• Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM
• Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements
• Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact
• Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information
• Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed
• Distributes order sheets to respective departments
• May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders
Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a thorough working knowledge of company products, company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures and excellent communication skills
• 2+ years of related experience required
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 75% of the time
• Operates in a professional office environment
• Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
• Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
