Job Description Material Planner (Purchasing / Disposition)

The Impact You'll Make
As a Material Planner (Purchasing / Disposition), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production by securing the timely supply of materials. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will help maintain optimal stock levels and support efficient production planning.

This role is ideal for a communicative, resilient team player who feels comfortable working in a dynamic environment and enjoys daily cooperation across teams and borders.

What You’ll Be Doing
Ordering materials for production from selected suppliers using SAP
Ensuring material availability and maintaining regular communication with suppliers
Monitoring and controlling stock levels and stock value
Communicating daily in Czech and English, both verbally and in writing, with suppliers and colleagues across the Danfoss Group
Processing and maintaining data in SAP and MS Office tools
Supporting the team in day-to-day operational planning activities

What We're Looking For
Secondary education (background in economics or technology is an advantage)
Very good Czech and English language skills (spoken and written)
SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not required
Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication skills, reliability, and sense of responsibility
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in a team
Open to skilled graduates looking to gain their first professional experience
